Q. Do you pick up any old chairs I have when delivering the new one(s)? A. Yes we do collect old chairs, we have a small charge of £10 because we try to recycle as much of the chair as possible.? Q. What do you do with the old chairs? A. As Above.? Q. Do you have a brochure? A. Yes please e-mail your address we would love to send our brochures to you.? Q. Do you refurbish? A. Yes we started our business within the renovation market and it is still a large part of our turnover. Q. What sort of choice of fabric do you have? A. We have large range of fabric choices from many leading manufactures, with hundreds of textures and patterns with thousands shades of colours. ?Q. Do you have an environmentally friendly fabric? A. We do many types of EFF fabrics, i.e. recycled polyester, plant extract and many more please email or call for more details. Q. How long does it take to deliver? A. We aim to deliver new furniture within 7-10 working days. Renovated furniture within 7-10 working days as standard.? Q. How can I pay? A. We accept Cash, Cheque and BACS payments.? Q. How do I order? ?A. Small orders can be telephone or email; however we do recommend that we perform a site visit to discuss options on all large orders. ?Q. We don’t issue PO’s is this a problem? A. No that’s fine as long as we have a contact name to place on an invoice.? Q. Can we have an account? What are the payment terms? A. Yes we have account forms and our payment terms are 30 days from invoice date.? Q. Do you have a showroom? A. Not at present.?? Q. Do you come and measure the space I have? Can I get you to design the area I have? ?A. Yes we advise on space planning as well.? Q. Can you help me move? A. Yes we do assist in moving furniture and documents.? Q. How long do I need to book in advance for an office move? ?A. Around 4 weeks, but to be sure of booking a space as early as possible. ?Q. Do you offer a discount scheme? A. We offer discounts on different quantities please email or call for more details. Q. Im not sure what I need, can you help me decide what I need and keep within a budget? A. We have friendly staff that can advise and point you in the right direction free of charge. ?Q. Can I return the item if I feel it’s not appropriate? Is there a charge? (If bespoke) A. We do have standard 30 day return policy, however all bespoke items are made to order which are not returnable. Q. How long is the guarantee? What does that cover me for? A. Guarantee’s depend on which furniture you buy, most of our furniture has a 5 year warranty on soft furnishings and 10 years on wood products. Q. I like one of the chairs on the site but not the colour or some of the accessories Can I change them? A. Yes there are many chair variations and coloured fabrics to choose from.?? Q. How can I make sure I know about all special offers? A. We offer a regular newsletter featuring our special offer of the month. This will be emailed to you if you register an interest in our site. |
